Governance

The Board of Trustees (BOT) is the highest governing body at ULF. It is concerned with setting out the University vision and ensuring that the appropriate measures, systems and procedures are strategically implemented on managerial, administrative and financial levels. These are all outlined within the comprehensive by-laws that define the University operation and approved by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

Daily executive powers are delegated by the BOT to the ULF President who heads the leadership team.
