Biography
Dr. Hani M. Haidoura is a seasoned academic leader and Associate Professor with over 15 years of progressive experience in higher education leadership, policy development, and institutional management. He has played a pivotal role in advancing academic standards and fostering organizational growth.
Dr. Haidoura holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in the Economics and Management of National Economy from Central Ukrainian National Technical University, where his research focused on state regulation of innovation in higher education institutions. He also holds dual Master’s degrees in Management and Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
From 2021 to 2023, Dr. Haidoura served as a member of Lebanon’s Higher Educational Council under the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, where he contributed significantly to shaping national policies governing the future of higher education.
In September 2023, Dr. Haidoura joined the Lebanese French University (ULF) as Director of Administration and Finance, continuing his commitment to enhancing academic institutions and supporting student success.
